We're a growing funding company built on a simple idea: when people are in the hardest financial moments of their lives, they deserve fast, honest, transparent help. If you want to do meaningful work at a company that treats clients like humans and colleagues like adults, we'd love to hear from you.
The values we hire against
Best Deal Funding provides pre-settlement funding to personal injury plaintiffs and working capital to small and mid-sized businesses. Our clients are people going through some of the hardest moments of their lives — recovering from injuries, running businesses that need capital to survive, families waiting on wrongful death settlements. They deserve better than the industry gives them.
We built Best Deal Funding to be the company we'd want to work with if we were in their shoes: fast, honest, transparent about costs, and easy to reach. That mission shapes every hire we make. We're not looking for people who can push products. We're looking for people who can build real relationships and deliver real help.
These are the roles we're building out right now. If you see a fit, email us with your résumé and a short note about which role interests you and why.
Comp: Commission-based (high upside) · Type: Full-time
You're the front line of our client experience. You'll speak with plaintiffs and business owners who've applied for funding, walk them through the process, coordinate with attorneys, and close the deal. If you have retail sales, customer service, financial services, or call center experience — and you actually like helping people — this is a great fit.
Comp: Commission-based (high upside) · Type: Full-time
You'll build and manage relationships with our referral network — personal injury attorneys, law firm case managers, and business funding brokers who send us deals. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who already knows the funding, lending, or legal referral world and can bring deal flow through the door. Existing broker or attorney network is a major plus.
Comp: Salary · Type: Full-time
You'll evaluate whether cases and businesses qualify for funding. For pre-settlement, this means reading case documents, assessing case strength, and estimating settlement values. For business funding, it's analyzing bank statements, revenue patterns, and creditworthiness. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and sound judgment are what matter. Legal, lending, or credit background is a plus but we'll train the right person.
Comp: Hourly + benefits · Type: Full-time
You'll keep the operations engine running — coordinating with law firms, managing case documents, tracking applications through our pipeline, and supporting the team with whatever needs to get done. Organization, communication, and the ability to juggle competing priorities are essential. Prior experience in a legal, financial services, or busy office environment is a plus.
Specific skills for each role are important — we'll ask about them during interviews. But what determines whether someone succeeds here is character. We look for people who take real ownership, tell the truth even when it's uncomfortable, treat clients and colleagues with genuine respect, and care about doing work they're proud of.
If you've spent time at companies where nobody quite owns anything, where pretending is more valued than solving, where clients are treated as targets — we're the opposite of that. We move fast, we're honest with each other and with our clients, and we're building something we actually believe in.
We keep the hiring process simple. Send us your résumé and a short note about which role you're interested in and why. Real humans at BDF read every application. If there's a fit, we'll be in touch within a few business days.
